PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd Respondent Joint Director in O.Mu.No.19445/Oo3/2019 dated 28-01-2020, quash the same and further direct the 3rd Respondent Joint Director to approve forthwith the appointment of four Assistant Professors (name list annexed) in the petitioner-college and disburse the grant-in-aid towards their salary and allowances w.e.f., the date of their appointment i.e. 17-06-2019 respectively.
