Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the 2nd respondent police to register the case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 21.05.2018 in C.S.R.No.127/18 dated 03.06.2018 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register the case on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 21.05.2018 in C.S.R.No.127/18 dated 03.06.2018 and investigate the same in accordance with law. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the enquiry was conducted, the parties have appeared for enquiry and the parties are advised to measure the property with the assistance of the Surveyor and also advised to approach the appropriate Civil court to seek their remedy and the complaint was closed. The closure report is also produced before this Court.

3.In view of the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Civil Court to redress her grievance, if she is so advised.
