Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the third respondent in refusal no.RFL/Manavalakurichi/40/2019, dated 30.10.2019 and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional and consequently direct the third respondent to register the settlement deed executed by the petitioner, dated 30.10.2019 in the name of V.Murugan within stipulated time period as may be fixed by this Court and pass such further or other orders.
