ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct a enquiry fixed real accused and registered case by 1/4

considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.04.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's son, while riding his motorcycle, was hit by a lorry. In the said accident, due to the injuries suffered, he died on 19.01.2022. However, on the complaint given by the lorry driver, a case was registered as if the petitioner's son was a tort-feasor. Hence, the petitioner preferred a representation to conduct thorough investigation. Since the said representation was not considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.04.2022 and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing opportunity of hearing to both sides. The petitioner is directed to send a copy of the said representation along with a copy of this order in order to enable the 2nd respondent to pass orders.
