PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to provide necessary regulations and guidelines to the second respondent to cashless treatment for policy holders who suffered by Covid-19 and direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to honour the petitioner's claim sum of Rs.1,80,350/- with interest in respect of Senior Citizens Red Carpet Policy availed by the petitioner in Policy No.P/121400/01/2021/004784 dated 19.11.2020.
