Prayer in C.R.P.No.2545 of 2017: Civil Revision petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to direct the Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town, (Rent Controller) to dispose of the exparte set-aside petition filed by the respondent/tenant in I.A.No.94 of 2014 in R.C.O.P.No.67 of 2010 within a time frame as fixed by this Court by allowing the Civil Revision Petition. For Petitioner: Mr.M.Ponniah in both petitions COMMON ORDER Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.Considering the nature of the relief sought for by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ revision petitioner, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3.The learned Additional District Munsif, Madurai, is directed to dispose of I.A.No.94 of 2014 in R.C.O.P.No.67 of 2010, on or before 31.01.2018.

4.The learned Additional District Munsif, Madurai, is directed to dispose of E.P.No.1 of 2014 in R.C.O.P.No.67 of 2010, on or before 30.03.2018.

5.These Civil Revision petitions are allowed accordingly. No costs.
