compromise between the husband and wife. Now, the defacto complainant and the first accused are living together. For the purpose of reporting settlement, the matter has been listed today. 2.The first respondent police is present in person. But, she is not in a position of inform the Court about the development. 3.The first accused and the second respondent is directed to appear before this Court in person, on 28.02.2022, at about 4.00 p.m.
