ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to take steps in settling the retirement / death benefits of N.Kandasamy payable to the petitioner and to his sisters as per the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2015. 2.The case of the petitioner is that his father worked in the respondent Bank and died without received any terminal benefits. In this connection the petitioner submitted a representation seeking disbursement of the benefits due to his father. However, no order came to be passed on his representation. Hence, this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the respective respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be
considered on merits and appropriate orders would be passed within the time stipulated by this Court.
4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2015, on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.The writ petition is disposed of on the above terms. No costs.
