PRAYER:- Petition - filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of the Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents herein for willfully failing to comply with the order dated 24.07.2019 made in WA(MD).No.148 of 2019 on the file of this Court.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) Heard Mr.K.Mahendran, learned counsel appearing for the contempt petitioner and Mr.Veera.Kathiravan, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the State.
2. The directions under order dated 24.07.2019 made in WA(MD).No.148 of 2019 are stated to have been complied with in spirit if not in letter. A copy of the proceedings is handed over to the learned counsel for the contempt petitioner as well. Though the revised pay scale has been fixed as directed, the amount are yet to be paid over to the writ petitioner.

3.Learned Additional Advocate General will ensure that the amount will be paid within a period of six months in installments. 4.Recording the aforesaid, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
