Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to take appropriate action as against respondent Nos.5 & 6 based on the petitioner's complaint lodged, dated 01.04.2022. This petition has been filed to directing the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to take appropriate action as against respondent Nos.5 & 6 based on the petitioner's complaint lodged, dated 01.04.2022.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondent police on 01.04.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the fourth respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and respondent Nos.5 and 6 and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
