The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 171 days in representing the appeal, challenging the order passed in Probate.O.P.No.1 of 2015 dated 15.04.2025 on the file of the Principal District Court, Theni.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Considering the reasons assigned and also the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
