ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the case in C.C.No.266 of 2018 on the file of the Fast Track Court (Magistrate Level), Karaikudi.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the case is listed before the Trial Court for arguments. The petitioners are ready to settle the matter through mediation. According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, such course is not available and impermissible under law and they are ready to withdraw the petition and this Court can give a direction to the Court below to dispose of the case within a month, since the matter is listed for arguments.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.454 of 2019 3.The representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioners is genuine one and reasonable. This Court directs the Fast Track Court (Magistrate Level), Karaikudi to dispose of the case in C.C.No.266 of 2018 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After disposal of the case, compliance report shall be produced before the Registry. 4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
