(i)The learned Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirupathur, Sivagangai District, is requested to take up the suit in O.S.No. 124 of 2016 for speedy disposal and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than four(4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
