Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MOHANDOSS, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.DINESHBABU, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11169 of 2019 in Crl.A.(MD)No.603 of 2020 dated 11.02.2020.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 19.02.2020 till the declaration of lockdown and prayed the condition imposed on the petitioner to be relaxed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has admitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition till 28.03.2020.
