ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to conclude the enquiry in Na.Ka.No.36264/13/G2, dated 01.07.2015 pending on his file within a stipulated time.

2.Though very many contentions have been raised in this Writ Petition, when the matter came up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that if a direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the respondents 2 and 3 within a stipulated time, that would suffice.

3. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to conclude the enquiry and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 01.07.2013, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ on merits and in accordance with law, by affording an opportunity of

hearing to all the necessary parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and it is for the first respondent to consider the same purely on merits.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
