[Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.] The petitioner, who is a third party to the writ petition, has filed the present petition seeking leave of this Court to prefer a Writ Appeal against the order of the writ Court dated 05.12.2025 made in W.P(MD)No.30129 of 2025.

2.According to the petitioner, the first respondent, by suppressing the real facts relating to title, has obtained an order for survey of the land. The petitioner claims that she is a proper and necessary party to the proceedings. Without impleading the petitioner as a party to the writ petition, the first respondent/writ petitioner has filed the said writ petition. Further, there exists a dispute between the parties, and a civil suit is also pending.
