2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already an F.I.R. in Crime No.253 of 2019 has been registered against the petitioners and the petitioners were already arrested.
3. Therefore, not to harass does not arise. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
