Chidambaram, aged about 19 years on the basis of the petitioner's complaint in FIR No. 68 of 2019 dated 16.03.2019 on the file of the second respondent police.

ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to find out the petitioner's daughter namely C. Manicka Meenakshi D/o. Late.M. Chidambaram, aged about 19 years on the basis of the petitioner's complaint in FIR No. 68 of 2019 dated 16.03.2019 on the file of the second respondent police.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for respondents submitted that based on a complaint lodged by the petitioner case in Crime No.68 of 2019 has been registered under 'Women Missing'. Thereafter, the girl was secured and handed over to the petitioner and hence, the same was closed. This statement is recorded.

3. Recording the aforesaid statement, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
