ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard Mr.S.Ramakrishnan, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), who takes notice for respondents 1 & 2.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the respondents police are not harassing the petitioner, as alleged. He would further submit that a case has been registered in Crime No.184 of 2018, dated 16.06.2018, before the Karungal Police Station, for the offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 323 & 506(i) IPC against the petitioner and others. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
