ORDER

The Revision Petitioner herein has filed a suit for partition. His grievance is that the plaint is being returned again and again for the last one year.

2.The learned Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai is directed to number the Suit in O.S.S.R.No.490 of 2017 and take the suit on file, if it is in order otherwise.
