ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the the second and third respondents to permit the petitioner to report duty as Physical Education Teacher in third respondent School in pursuant to the order of the first respondent,dated 03.03.2012 and the subsequent order, dated 25.11.2014 forthwith and consequently directing the respondents to disburse the salary of the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. This Court is of the view that without challenging the order declining the relief prayed for by the petitioner, he has come forward with the present writ petition for a mandamus, directing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents to permit him to report duty as Physical Education Teacher. Such a Writ Petition cannot be entertained by this Court.

4. Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed, granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition as per law. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
