This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Inspector of Police, Palayamkottai Police Station, Tirunelveli City to expedite the investigation to complete the same and to file a final report in Crime No.26 of 2018 pending on his file within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.
