ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking orders to transfer the investigation of Crime No.292 of 2018 from the file of the second respondent police to any other police and direct to conduct free and fair investigation in the light of the provisions of the Trade Marks Act, 1956.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.17.12.2021), the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted. 3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
