Heard both sides.

2. All that the petitioner wants correction of the guideline value in the web portal maintained by the registration department in respect of the petition mentioned land. According to the petitioner, Satchithanandham Nagar should be classified as residential zone and not as commercial zone. It is further stated that the guideline value should be Rs.235/- per square feet. It is however mentioned as Rs.1000/-.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader would state that this issue has to be looked into by the District Level Committee headed by the District Collector. The petitioner has moved the third respondent in this regard. The third respondent is directed to place the petitioner's application before the concerned committee. Decision in this regard shall be taken on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
