and decree passed in R.C.O.P.No.4 of 2009, on the file of the Rent Control Tribunal/Principal District Munsif, Sankarankovil, dated 29.10.2018. ORDER:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.Selvan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.Srinivasan, Advocate for the 2nd Respondent, this Court made the following order:- The present application has been filed seeking extension of time to vacate the property as directed by this Court by an order dated 01.12.2023. This Court granted time till 31.03.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents/landlords submits that the trial Court has granted time till 29.04.2024.

3. Considering the above facts, the time granted by this Court is extended till 29.04.2024. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted under any circumstances.
