ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 417 and 506(1) IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.24 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that after investigation, the respondent police filed a final report as 'further action dropped' and that notice was also served on the defacto complainant.
