This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to take appropriate action in accordance with law by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 28.12.2021.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the first respondent police on 28.12.2021 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner and third respondent and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
