The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to conduct survey of his properties in Ayan Punja S.Nos.251/1B, 251/3, 281/7,288/4,288/7,288/9.288/1, 192 B1B, 238/45, 238/82 situated in Aemur Village, Karur Taluk, Velliyanai SRO, Karur District.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.According to the Petitioner, the subject property stands in his name in two settlement deeds, dated 28.11.2022 and 2.1.2022. He submitted an application on 7.1.2023 seeking survey of the subject properties. The same has not been considered so far. Hence the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for 2/5
the relief stated supra.
4.Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate who appears for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the Petitioner has not produced proper acknowledgment for having submitted online application to the official respondents. Hence the Petitioner's request has not been considered. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Petitioner is directed to produce the acknowledgment for filing proper online application before the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy or this order. On production of proper acknowledgment, the above said authority shall consider the online application submitted by the Petitioner and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, neighbouring land owners, third respondent and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 12 weeks thereafter.. 6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
