Cr.P.C., to cancel the anticipatory bail order in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1176 of 2026, dated 10.02.2026 passed by this Court.

ORDER

The present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to the 2nd respondent/A1 by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1176 of 2026, dated 10.02.2026.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he had filed an intervening petition before the Court below on the ground that the second respondent/A1 is a habitual offender, who has been repeatedly resorting to acts of violence. However, according to him, this Court had not considered the same while granting anticipatory bail to the 2nd respondent. Hence, he seeks cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to the 2nd respondent.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either sides and perused the materials available on records.

4.No doubt, the petitioner had filed the intervening petition. However, this Court taking into consideration of the fact that the dispute is between the parties regarding the administration of the college and injured has been discharged from the hospital ultimately granted anticipatory bail to the second respondent.

5.In view of the above discussion, this Court does not find any infirmity in the order passed by this Court granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, there are no grounds to cancel the anticipatory bail already granted to the second respondent.

6. In the result, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
