Crl.O.P(MD).Nos.4648 & 4169 of 2019 herein are arrayed as A2 to A4, who are the in-laws of the second respondent/defacto complainant. He would further submit that the first respondent completed entire investigation and waiting for approval of the Additional Public Prosecutor. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner become infructuous. 4.Considering the above facts, this Court directs the first respondent to file a final report before the concerned Magistrate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above observation, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
