JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants has made a submission that prior permission was admittedly granted by the competent Educational Authority and accordingly, the respondent was appointed in the school.

2.Thus, we do not find any infirmity in respect of the appointment and therefore, the authorities competent are bound to approve the appointment, if otherwise the respondent is qualified for holding the post in which he was appointed. The appellants are directed to verify other eligibility criteria as applicable and accordingly, grant approval of appointment in the manner known to law.
