PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.415 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 286, 304, 120(b) of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4(b) of Explosive Substance Act, 1908 and Quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner alone.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.415 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 286, 304, 120(b) of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4(b) of Explosive Substance Act, 1908 and Quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner alone. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the case in Crime No.415 of 2018, after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai on 10.10.2020 and the same was not taken on file.
