This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.12.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner to the second respondent, dated 06.06.2015, enquiry has been conducted and closed and again the same complaint was given to the first respondent on 12.12.2015, which was already closed. 4.Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
