ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondent police not to harass the petitioner except under due process of law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.
