Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.

2. The petitioner has given the petition mentioned representation seeking annulment of the petition mentioned documents.

W.P.(MD)No.10821 of 2022 Government Pleader submitted that the next hearing date is posted on 11.07.2022. The first respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry and pass final order after putting the interested persons on notice within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The first respondent is directed to pass order one way or the other. This writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
