Vijay Noble .... Respondent in all OPs COMMON PRAYER: These Criminal original Petitions are filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil to dispose the Crl.M.P.No.11119 of 2022, 1420 of 2023 and 4853 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible.

For Petitioners : Mr.M.Suresh COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed for issuing a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil to dispose the 1/4

Crl.M.P.Nos.11119 of 2022, 1420 of 2023 and 4853 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible.

2. It appears that the petitioners have filed the above said Crl.M.P.Nos.11119 of 2022, 1420 of 2023 and 4853 of 2023 before the trial Court seeking recovery of arrears of maintenance, which was ordered in M.C.No.13 of 2015, dated 13,.04.2018 and the same are being adjourned for filing counter. Hence, they have filed the present petitions seeking early disposal of the above said petitions.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil to dispose the Crl.M.P.Nos.11119 of 2022, 1420 of 2023 and 4853 of 2023, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from the date of reciept of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
