ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioner and of the respondents not appeared either in person or by an advocate, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to condone the delay of 424 days in filing the above first appeal. 2.Though notice served and name printed in the cause list, none appeared on behalf of the respondents.
