Considering the nature of the relief sought for in this Civil Revision Petition, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 2.The learned Subordinate Judge, Uthamapalayam, Theni District is directed to expedite the proceedings pending in I.A.No.17 of 2012 in O.S.No.72 of 2007 and dispose of the same on or before 31.07.2018.

3.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
