ORDER

This petition is filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.54 of 2019 from the file of the second respondent to the third respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate III, Tirunelveli which was taken on file in CC.No.772 of 2019. After full trial, this petitioner has been acquitted by the Trial Court.
