PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the tender notice issued by the 2nd respondent dated 03.02.2021 vide Na.Ka.No.61/2020/A1 and quash the same and directing 2nd respondent to conduct tender afresh for all items belongs to the 2nd respondent.

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the tender notice issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.61/2020/A1, dated 03.02.2021.

2. Considering the nature of relief sought for in this Writ Petition, nothing survives in this Writ Petition, since the challenge pertains to the tender notification issued in the year 2021. That apart, it was also brought to the notice of this Court that this tender notification was cancelled and subsequently fresh tender notification was issued in which the petitioner participated.
