Pleased to set aside the judgment and conviction of the learned Special Judge/Chief Judicial Magistrate at Srivilliputhur dated 16.5.2017 made in Special CC No.44 of 2014 in so far as against the appellants herein and allow the above appeal. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.G.KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has produced the copy of the Legal Heir Certificate, wherein it is evident that the present petitioner is the wife of the deceased/accused.

CRL OP(MD) No.11750 of 2022 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the son Manoharan and daughter Amarjothi of the deceased/accused have also given no objection for their mother to continue the above appeal. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons and also the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and leave is granted.
