ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to investigate the case registered in Crime No. 277 of 2015 on the file of the third respondent and submit the final report in accordance with law.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.Perused the materials placed on record.

4. A status report has been filed by the third respondent in which it has been stated that the third respondent had investigated the case and counter case. The case registered in Crime No. 276 of 2015 is concerned, final report has been filed and the same is taken https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on file in S.C.NO.83 of 2017 by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pudukkottai. In so far as Crime No.277 of 2015 is concerned, the respondent police has already filed a final report, which is yet to be taken on file.
