ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed in Cr.M.P.No.427 of 2016 dated 08.02.2016 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Trichy and set aside the same.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the parties have settled their dispute among themselves and this Court has quashed the proceedings in Crl.O.P.No.20467 of 2016.

3.In view of the same, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed.
