ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent herein to file a final report in Crime No.89 of 2016 within a stipulated time limit.

2.Heard Mr.S.Manickam, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), who takes notice for the respondent.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the case in Crime No.89 of 2016, under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 294(b) & 506(i) IPC, was filed as early as on 21.02.2016, before the Pavoorchatram Police Station, Tirunelveli, so far, final report was not filed before the concerned Magistrate and therefore, prays for appropriate directions.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that enquiry is pending and he seeks four weeks time to submit the final report before the concerned Magistrate.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned Counsel on either side, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondent to submit the final report pertaining to the case in Crime No.89 of 2016, before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

concerned Judicial Magistrate, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
