ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.238 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after completing the investigation, final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankoil and it was taken cognizance in C.C.No.130 of 2019 and after full trial, this petitioner was acquitted by the Judgment dated 24.05.2019. So nothing survives in this petition for further consideration in this petition. The prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
