ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 11.09.2025 passed in WP(MD)No.24629 of 2025. When the 1/3

matter is taken up for consideration, Mrs.K.Porkodi, learned Counsel for Government placed before this Court a copy of the proceedings bearing Reference No.4885/Ni3/2/2017, dated 29.05.2026 and submitted that the respondent has complied with the order passed by this Court. A copy of the same is served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. In the light of the above, this Court is convinced that the respondent has complied with the order passed by this Court. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
