ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.7 of 2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram and further direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram to take the cognizance on the final report filed by the respondent police.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed the investigation on 13.08.2019 itself. Therefore the respondent police would file the final report within a period of two weeks before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram.

3. Hence the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram is directed to take cognizance on the final report filed by the respondent police as expeditiously as possible. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
