Respondents Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take necessary action against the second respondent Corporation in engaging non qualified individuals to handle the Disciplinary Action Department in lower cadre and allow them to decide the punishment as against the rules and law since the Appointing Authority is the Disciplinary Authority who has to impose the punishments to the workers, to reinstate the dismissed workers, who were dismissed without proper domestic enquiry and adherence of natural justice and to compensate the wrongfully suspended workers by the present Superintendent of the Disciplinary Action Department of the Corporation and the Disciplinary Authority from their own money.
