ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage. 2.Though this writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 15.09.2009 and consequently seeking for a direction to refix the petitioner's pay scale as per G.O.Ms.No.234, dated 01.06.2009, this Court at this length of time is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, it is seen that the petitioner has already made representations on 24.06.2014 and 18.09.2014 ventilating his grievance and seeking refixation of pay scale. It is stated that those representations are still pending.
3.Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the respondent to consider those representations and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
