ORDER

The petitioner got married to the respondent on 31.03.2014. The respondent has filed H.M.O.P.No.724 of 2017, on the file of Additional Family Court, Coimbatore, seeking restitution of conjugal rights. The petitioner is based in Karur. It is difficult for her go over to Coimbatore and contest the case.

2.Taking into account of the fact that the petitioner is a woman and in the interest of justice H.M.O.P.No.724 of 2017 is withdrawn from the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore and transferred to the Family Court, Karur. It is made clear that the respondent can appear before the Family Court, Karur through counsel. The respondent has to appear before the Family Court, during counselling sessions and on those occasions when his presence is essential. 3.Accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed with the above direction.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
